Female looking for a room

I am a 34 years old single female. I am clean, quiet, non smoking, don't have any pets.
I enjoy nature, good book or a movie. I am quite social but like to spend time by mysleft as well.

I am plannning to relocate to Edinburgh. Currently I live and work in London.

I know some landlords require proof of employment. Unfortunately that's something I might not be able to provide straight after moving as I will be starting fresh.
I am happy to pay for few months in andvance.
My budget is £750 with all bills and council tax included.
