Female looking for friendly flat to live in

Hello
I am looking for a 1 bed /studio flat or a 2 bed shared flat. I am happy to have a shared garden or balcony. I will take a shared kitchen and living room but I have to have a private shower or bathroom.
I am a small business owner, The Ethical Tailor, with a studio in Canning Town. I advocate for people, planet and animals. I would like to have a max of 40 mins commute door to door. I work 2 weekends a month and so have some days off during the week. I am often out of the house hiking, viewing art, socialising or working. Though when I am at home I love to meditate, paint or read which requires a peaceful and calm living space. I would also like somewhere that is welcoming for my boyfriend to visit and stay over too, though this would be a couple times per week.

Likes: clean and tidy living space, where I can be myself and call home. People who are considerate of the noise they make. I am social though I do not need to conversate every time we meet. I have a love of the arts and of course cats :) I like to cook big pot freezer meals, and would share meals.
Dislikes: dirt, smoking, noise at all hours, people who are inconsiderate and become unapproachable.
I am looking to move and am able to move as soon as something comes up.
