I'm a 26 year old professional male looking for a room in SE London. I'm a musician and music tutor who also runs a small charity. I'm a considerate and tidy housemate who likes his own space (and respects others) but also enjoy socialising with others from time to time and will happily go to the pub for a pint, eat together and hang out when others are around.

I play the saxophone for a living but only make noise at reasonable times - it's never been a problem before and is always up for negotiation. Chances are i'll invite you down to a gig or two along the way.

Currently I live in Forest Hill and would love to stay on the overground or move Greenwich.
