Room wanted: Short term stay: 10 days per 3 months

Hello my name is Loizos,

This ad refers to repetitive part time occupancy of a room in a shared house/flat. Therefore, I am interested in paying an amount reflecting this, either per visit or per month.

I am a 38 yo male doctor and I am regularly working at a central London hospital while also undertaking my PhD degree studies. I will only be in London for approximately 10 days every 10-12 weeks.

I am interested in renting a room long term but would only occupy it for approximately 10 days per 3 months during my London working periods.

I would like a room with bills included to keep things simple.

I would prefer a place as close to central London (Russell Square) as possible, however i can stay as far as 1 hour commute to Russell Square.

I'm non smoker, easy going, without pets.
