Creative looking for a place that feels like home

I'm a 31 year old professional looking for a single or a double room. I am available to move from 01/11/2024 but am flexible with the move in date.
I have an established career in the creative industry - recently I moved form the world of art to music, and work at London Philharmonic Orchestra. I work full-time, Mondays to Fridays, 1-2 days from home.
In my spare time I love reading books, learning languages, exercising, doing yoga, and going on long walks through London.

I'm looking for a place that feels like home, longer-term, where people respect one another, and are able to maintain positive relations.

I currently live in Spitalfields. I'm looking for a place that is a long-term stay - at my current place I've been for 2.5 years.
I'm very clean and tidy - it's important to me that everyone sharing the flat/house shows initiative to keep the place clean and tidy, so that everyone can enjoy living in the shared space - it's something that comes naturally. I'm very friendly and with many of my flatmates and landlords I've built really strong, long-term friendships.

In my free time I love going for walks around London, learning languages (I speak English, Polish, and Spanish, plus am learning a couple others), reading, exercising, yoga, meditation.
