Professional seeks a single or double room

I am a working professional, aged 32, looking for a single or double room and available to move as soon as possible.

My maximum budget is **up to £1,000 per month, bills included**, which is the absolute upper limit. This budget applies to rooms close to **Southwark, Waterloo, or Blackfriars stations**. For locations further away, I would be looking for a lower rent to reflect transport costs.

For the first month only, I am looking to pay weekly or bi-weekly until I receive my first salary. From then on, I am able to pay monthly without any issues.

Ideally, I am looking for a place with **low or no deposit** and a **minimum stay of no more than three months**.

I can also provide a **reference from my previous landlady** as proof of being a reliable and respectful tenant.
