Hi, if you're looking for a quiet, tidy and sociable person to share your place, please read on.
Ideally, I am looking to lodge in a large, quiet and light double room in a friendly home in the Southside of Glasgow (ideally in Pollokshields or Shawlands area, e. g. G41). Also open to other areas (but rent inc bills would need to be £600pcm or less)
You would be OK with me 'working from home' or hybrid working (but it doesn't mean I would spend all day inside - I like to get outdoors for coffee and walks). A desk, chair and fast, reliable broadband in the room is important for me, for writing and video work (marketing, journalism, communications).
A room with a separate office/study space is also an option.
Having rented for a number of years, I'm someone who appreciates your home is your home.
You'll find me social, easy-going and more youthful than my years. Happy to chat. and very comfortable just doing my own thing. I'm a non-smoker, like things tidy and love animals (if you happen to be a cat or dog owner, for example).
Free and ample on-street parking would be good, off-street parking a bonus. I may also get a bicycle so having somewhere to keep one would also be a plus point.
My interests include walking/hillwalking, travel, comedy, sports (play badminton), writing, film, photography, video, reading and creative thinking.
