🙋‍♂️ Me that's who - things don't always get better and every day that goes by I'm nudged a little more away from twinkdom. In fact, I have greys and stubble.... It's gone.

My last advert on here was very pre-2016... your typical "I excel in my industry and need a pad in zone 1 or 2 to match my chaotic but wonderfully active lifestyle and social life"

Life is cruel, the world is scary right now and going from hero to zero due to a bout of ill-health in my early 30s taught me a few things:

1) Get private medical insurance in your next life! (Especially in the private sector - doesn't matter how successful you are - you're just a number).

2) You're only as worthy as your last performance - you could be star talent at your job, have friendships thicker than family bonds, the love of your life in your plans for the future ... and then one day find everythings changed.

3) The world is one f*#ked up place. If the country was a private business it woulda been closed down within its first year and I'd like to be cryogenically frozen. Antibiotics and AI are great n all that ... But we have some messed up formation patterns (ahem manipulation) that seem to be pushing us apart than ever.

So why live with this barrell of fun 😅😬

Cuzzz... Im a bit like Argentina - full of promise and potential but everytime I get close to my peak something snaps and the house of cards falls apart ....but that's ok. I'm lived, I'm wiser, I can comprehend cultural and historical contexts that I wouldn't have even entertained at 27 and learning I had ADHD later in life in a way was a blessing ...my obsession for both detail and wider-picture thinking makes every thought in my head like a round table at the UN...with translators.

I mentalise and empathise ...not just sympathise. Where the ADHD can be turned into a super power, the emotional sides a little more taxing...but it makes me incredibly loyal, genuinely caring, incapable of aggression towards others, an expert masker so no mellowdrama on my bad days.... and explains A LOT of cringey class clown moments even from an early age. (Pain in the arse to shop with tho I'm told 😒)

I make sure I laugh every day, am just as obsessed with Sugababes as I was at 12 years old, and can mask so effectively that I thrive in the right environments and around the right people - in fact it's what I'm seeking in a housemate. No judgements, no awkward pressure or tension, someone who gets depth and someone who I can belly laugh with.

Oh and clean - yah clean. I'm messy in short bouts and likely to lose something at some point if we ever meet - but I am so far the other way with hygiene ....which I know contradicts all that flowery shit I said about "no judgements" but that's the only time you'll see me go all Sims tantrum ...if I feel mucky.

Obviously another gay would be ideal ... Not in a tribal way just more in a "I don't have the mental energy to self-modiify today" and I want to talk about Zara Larsson's new video.

I like drinking sorry .... I don't like weed so no worries there but no worries if you do ... I went out every single weekend up until the age of 30 (wow I've only just realised that)... Those days are gone but there's nothing wrong with wanting to have some fun when starting over.
I'm a bit geeky at times... I love music, history, culture, speak Spanish, deep thinker, argue with the news like I'm a nutter who believes they're actually Fiona Bruce, and I don't think going to the gym is a personality.

TLDR: Had Benjamin Button adulthood so far... Midlifecrisis completed 🤞, damaged goods but dry, deep and decent...couple of weeks with the right person(s) will revive me in no time
