Room needed asap

I am a professional male aged 29 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 02/02/2024 and have a budget of 500pcm. I don't mind sharing with males or females. The household preferably between 20 and 40 years old. I don't own any pets. I will need space to set up my laptop etc as I do have some work that needs to be done at home. If there's a big garden too because I'm quite fit and like to work out that would be beneficial. I like to keep things tidy and organised.
