Professional for Single/Double

About Me
I was born in London, I'm 28 years old (29 in September), single gay male. I recently came back to the UK after 3 years in Madrid, and currently based in London.

I have house shared quite a lot in my life, except the last 3 years where I had my own apartment and I really miss it. I follow the usual rules - if you sleep in it, make it, if you open it close it, if you use it put it away, if you cooked it wash it, etc etc. :)

My Work
I have recently left my job of 5 years as Marketing Manager for a TV broadcaster and am moving for a similar role in Thame (OX9).

My Dog
I am ONLY looking for accommodation for me AND my dog! He is a chihuahua and I've had him since I got him 2 years ago in Madrid. He is male, 2.0kg.

Pros:
* Does not bark, yap or make any noise
* Does not bite
* Is indoor & outdoor toilet trained so will not mess up carpets etc
* Never chews furniture
* Has been living in London in shared accommodation for 3 months and doesn't like venturing out my bedroom when I'm not around
* Gets on very well with other dogs AND cats!

Cons:
* Has a timid disposition and is nervous of people he doesn't know, so won't be running around the house making friends with you for a while.
* His white hair, if you hold or play with him with black/dark clothes you might see some hairs, and if you have a fabric sofa will need a hoover to get rid of hairs, but if I keep him in my room it won't be problematic

His Instagram username is 'pacotita' or I can send you videos/photos if you write to me in WhatsApp. Will bring him to any viewings.

My Accommodation

* NEEDS to be in Thame or reasonable commuting distance (like Aylesbury)
* Budget is ?600pm-mark negotiable
* Don't mind if I have single or double room
* Need some storage space for clothes like a cupboard or something if I have a small room
* Need a parking space for my little Citroen C1 - parking with a permit is fine but check incase there is a limit per household like in London
* I need Mon-Sun/7 Day accomodation only - no Mon-Fri please! Although I am going to be away every other Saturday or so!
* I also need a decent fridge and freezer space, one shelf of each at least, hate lack of fridge/freezer space and I like to prep weekly meals

Would be happy with gay people or straight, I don't mind, young or old, male or female, I enjoy everybody's company.

In an ideal world there would be another dog in the house for Paco (someone to keep him company in the days) but it isn't a prerequisite at all, just friendly housemates. I don't mind if you are a sociable housemate or prefer to spend most of your time alone, I have lived with both.
