Considerate housemate looking for short term let

I am looking for a short-term room let to start mid-late August for a minimum of 3 months. I am currently selling my property in Tottenham and need a room whilst I actively look for another property to buy.

I would prefer to live with a live-in landlord, though I am also open to a houseshare.

I am looking in the Tottenham/Wood Green area, as I have lived here for almost 10 years, though I would be flexible for the right place.

Additional storage would be a bonus and I'd be willing to pay extra for this.

A bit about me: I am a 40 year old female, who is tidy, clean and considerate and looking for similar in my housemate(s). I work in IT and currently go into the office 2-3 days a day, so I'd be looking for somewhere where I could work from home some of the week.

I enjoy spending time outdoors, keeping fit, cooking, hiking and spending time with friends. I have regular commitments during the week and am frequently out at weekends, but I also enjoy a chilled evening in at home too.
