Modern design accommodation

I am looking for a modern designed accomodation that will give you that new homely feeling. I would like to live all different types of people! I am a working class individual who leave to have fun but will always treat a home like it should be treated. My bugdet is between ?70 to 100 a week maximum. I also will have my partner stay some nights also. But I will be looking at move in as soon as possible:)
