Mature Professional seeking House Room

Hi there, I'm looking for a double bedrooms for short term but that could extend. I have been looking for housing with friends but te market is very difficult in the Kings Heath/Moseley area at the moment. I am an experienced renters with respect for your property, space and always keep things clean.
I am only interested in rooms in Kings Heath/Moseley or Stirchley.

I would take the property for at least one month but this may extend to a number of months the way things are looking in the market.

I appreciate this makes things uncertain for you as a landlord and I will be as upfront with you as possible and let you know exactly how things are proceeding. I travel fairly light and am a quiet and considerate sharer.

I have just returned from the Isle of Man where I have been living for a number of years and will be in temporary work for a period of time until I secure a full time position. I have proof of savings to alleviate any concerns.
