29 y/o male looking for a room while I save up for a flat deposit so 1-2 year timeline. I'm looking to live with someone sociable and adventurous who enjoys conversation but also likes downtime and doesn't like living in squalor. I will be working full time out of the flat so like a nice tidy place to come home to. Ideally looking to live in the New Town/Broughton area. Budget is around £750 a month not including bills but can go higher for an exceptional room/location.
