En suite quiet room wanted no deposit- weekly pay

room wanted in a small clean house share

-No deposit property wanted.

-None smoking property (this is a big issue for me as i cannot stand indoor smoking)

I would like to pay rent weekly as i am paid every friday for the customer service job i do.

I spent most of my spare time watching sports and working on a book i am writing.

Ideally the property should have several bathrooms/toilets so there's no rush to use it

I prefer live out landlord properties and living with clean tidy housemates (non smoking).

- A car parking space for my car is also essential.

My current tenancy ends on Friday 5th March 2021 so I will be looking to move in on this date
