In the New year I may be seeking accommodation close to Cardiff City Centre, rail station.. Prefer a shared property with live in landlord/lady as want long term security in quiet place, but not silent, as do socialise.

About me:
Quiet but sociable - male aged 56
Work full time/shifts
Fnanciaialy secure
Honest, trustworthy
Lived current location 8 years, in shared house.
Looking for somewhere much closer to city centre - eg flat on/near the bay. -the closer to centre the better.

Excellent reference available from current llandlord & employer.

I am flexible but key needs requirements are:

Walking distance from city centre - essential. The closer the better.
Double room - prefer sharing property with home owner.
Cost not most important but want nice clean, quiet property
I work shifts - so ensuite
Car parking be a bonus - not essential.
Ensuite would be nice.
Permission for daughter to visit, during day occassionally, not stay over. night.
Outdoor space - balcony or more. would be beneficial

Would prefer all bills included, so budget flexible to include this. Don't wish to go through an agent as fees can be hugh.

I am flexible so if it meets some of my preferences, but not all then I may consider it. Location, cleanliness, quiet are top priorities.
