Female seeking room to rent or buddy up

Hello all! My name is Giselle, I'm 43 and looking for somewhere long-term for myself and my little dog Ted who is a non-moulting, Silkie Terrier; so no worries about hair everywhere or aggravating anyone’s allergies. He’ll be 15 soon so quite chilled and likes his naps but still in great health and loves coming to work with me and exploring nature; however, he would need to stay home two days a week whilst I’m at work - occasionally three days a week if it’s too cold for an old boy in the winter. Ted is very sweet natured, well-behaved, and really friendly with people and animals - he’s lived with cats before so would be good with other pets in the house. I’m a horticulturalist (for over 20 years) and love my job. I am freelance and work part-time in private gardens. I have access to lots of beautiful outdoor plants, vegetable seeds etc to contribute to a garden and I have a lovely collection of houseplants as well. I have a keen interest in art and wfh twice a week (Mondays & Fridays) making collage art and acoustic music. I like to travel (I’ll be trekking to Everest base camp in April ‘26), I love music, singing/acoustic guitar, nature, animals, and food. I like to cook and bake occasionally too. I love making communal dinners and have some great recipes as my mum was a chef. If anyone in the household speaks any other languages, I am reasonably conversant in Spanish but not yet fluent, and I know a bit of Greek (I grew up in Cyprus) but it is very rusty! I'm sociable, very respectful and clean/tidy, easy-going but like my own space occasionally too. I eat a mainly plant-based diet but eat fish occasionally and have no qualms about what others eat. I've been living in shared houses since I was 19 and like to keep respectful and kind lines of communication open so everyone is on the same page, happy and the house feels like a home.
