Female seeking room to rent or buddy up

Hello all! My name is Giselle, I'm 43 and looking for somewhere long-term in Hackney for myself and my little dog Ted who is a non-moulting, hypoallergenic breed so no worries about hair everywhere or aggravating allergies. My budget is £850 inc bills, possibly more for the ideal place. Ted is a small, Silkie Terrier, very sweet natured, well-behaved, and really friendly with people and animals - he’s always lived with cats. He’s 14 now so quite chilled and likes his naps but still loves coming to work with me and exploring nature. I’m a horticulturalist (for over 20 years) and love my job. I work in large, private gardens and mostly do restoration work. I have access to lots of beautiful outdoor plants, vegetable seeds etc to contribute to a garden and I have a lovely collection of houseplants as well. I have a keen interest in art (and make and sell art too), I like to travel, I love music, singing/guitar (currently writing an album), nature, animals, and food. I like to cook and bake occasionally too. I love making communal dinners and have some great recipes as my mum was a chef. If anyone in the household speaks any other languages, I am reasonably conversant in Spanish but not yet fluent, and I know a bit of Greek (I grew up in Cyprus) but it is very rusty! I'm sociable, respectful, clean, and easy-going but like my own space occasionally too. I eat a mainly plant-based diet but eat fish occasionally and have no qualms about what others eat. I've been living in shared houses since I was 19 and like to keep respectful and kind lines of communication open so everyone is happy and the house feels like a home.
