Room in existing house share wanted!

Hi, I’m Ryan, a 31 year old professional and I’m looking to join an existing share house!

I’ve recently got a new role working full-time in Manchester as a designer/engineer on a large infrastructure project. I’m in the office four days a week minimum, so I’d only be working from home on the odd Friday.

Outside of work, I’m a big football fan — both watching and playing — and I also enjoy the gym. I’m currently training for a half marathon, so I tend to keep fairly active.

I’m also a big foodie, and am keen to check out a load of good food and drink spots around Manchester.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy the odd pub trip and socialising with housemates, but I also value having our own space and downtime. Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room in a house with like-minded people who enjoy spending time together while also respecting each other’s independence.

I’ve lived in two shared houses previously and can provide references if needed. Happy to meet for a coffee or a pint to chat more about the flat 👌🏻
