Easygoing, 36yo professional urgently looking for an affordable room in a decent and clean place to move in end of Sep/early October if suitable

I'm originally from Italy but have lived overseas between New Zealand, Australia, Canada and US during the past few years.

I worked as PA in Canada, administrator in the healthcare industry in Nz and volunteered at an orphanage in my country.

I'm honest, trustworthy, reliable and always willing to help those in need.
I'm a non smoker/occasional drinker, tidy, clean, quiet, love fitness, travelling, art & music, and rather to live with tenants with the same preferences if that's the case, but not essential.
