Easygoing, 36yo professional looking for an affordable room in a decent and clean place with respectful tenants to move in by early/end October if suitable

I'm originally from Italy but have lived overseas between New Zealand, Australia, Canada and US during the past few years.

I had the privilege to live and work with people of different ethnicity and background, including Asia, India, Middle East, Africa, Europe, North and South America.

I've worked as a PA in Canada and UK for a high end building developer, and two doctors, administrator in the healthcare industry in Nz and volunteered at an orphanage in my country. I looked after high end properties, vehicles, machinery, pets, horses, etc.

I'm honest, trustworthy, reliable and always willing to help those in need.

I get along best with people who possess honesty, empathy, integrity, are humble and not pretentious, respect the peace of other people and shared spaces, are able to clean, tidying up after themselves and live with others in harmony.

I'm a non smoker/rare drinker, tidy, clean, quiet, respectful, love fitness, art & music, and rather to live with tenants with the same preferences, but not essential.
