Nice queer 4 nice queers

Planning on moving to Manchester (currently in Liverpool) in the coming months and I’d love to find 1 or a few people to split rent with, ideally long term.

It would be great to find a big house where I have room for good sized home workspace or a shared studio space.

I’m a self employed graphic designer (mostly film/TV props and set design) and I’m usually out of the house for work. I have a lot of art equipment and I’ve mostly lived in unfurnished flats for the past few years so I have a lot of my own furniture, which I’m happy to share - it’s nice stuff! - so ideally do need storage space but if the rent is cheap enough then I’m happy to compromise.

I come with an amazing 3 year old Lurcher called Pip who is very sweet, quiet and funny. She’s well loved and well socialised but has her quirks, mainly that she’s a bit of a diva and a velcro dog at times. It would be great to share a space with someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind having one to hang out with occasionally, but generally I have neighbours, friends and sitters to look after her when needed.

I myself am very considerate, chilled out and usually fairly quiet but I do love to go out and have people round now and again. I’m focusing a lot on myself and therapy and I’d ideally like to live with people who appreciate how to communicate clearly and create a relaxed and supportive communal space where we also respect each others privacy, but get together when we can as well 🙂‍↕️

Some sort of outside space and green space nearby is high up on the list of priorities. I’d also love off street parking, a bath and loads of natural light with nice pubs and cafes on our doorstep but I’m being realistic !
