Nice queer 4 nice queers

Ideally looking to buddy up with someone to split the rent on a nice big place, long term, or to join an established household. I'm queer and would prefer a queer household but it's not a dealbreaker. Terfs, fascists and narrow minded people can get in the bin.

I’m a self employed creative and I’m usually out of the house for work, though sometimes do work from home. I have a lot of art equipment and I’ve mostly lived in unfurnished flats for the past few years so I have some of my own furniture, which I’m happy to share - it’s nice stuff! - so ideally do need somewhere unfurnished with some storage space but if the rent is cheap enough then I’m happy to compromise.

I'm friendly, very considerate, chilled out and usually quiet but I do love to go out and have people round now and again. If I'm making a cuppa, I'll make you one, and I like communal cooking. Lived in many house shares and I understand how to make them work well. I love having company but need a lot alone time too.

I’m focusing a lot on therapy and I’d like to live with people who appreciate how to communicate clearly and create a relaxed and supportive communal space where we also respect each others privacy, but get together when we can as well to let off some steam 🙂‍↕️

Some sort of outside space and green space nearby is high up on the list of priorities. I’d also love off street parking, a bath and loads of natural light with nice pubs and cafes on our doorstep but I’m being realistic...

I come with an amazing 3 year old Lurcher who is very sweet, quiet and funny. She’s well loved and well socialised. It would be great to share a space with someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind having one to hang out with occasionally, but it's not essential.
