Professional seeking calm, respectful houseshare

I'm a professional working in digital strategy and operations for an international membership organisation, and I'm starting a new senior Head of Digital role in September. I'm now actively looking for the right house share and am in a position to move as soon as I find somewhere suitable.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable, calm and respectful home with like-minded professionals. I'm not looking for a party house or a purely transactional arrangement. I'd much rather live with people who enjoy having their own space but are friendly and happy to chat over a coffee, meal or occasional drink.

An important point about working from home

My new role is fully remote, so I will be working from home regularly during the week. This is an essential part of what I'm looking for and I'm therefore only interested in homes where normal professional WFH is accepted and I can work from my room without issue.

I'm considerate about noise, shared spaces and calls, and don't expect to take over communal areas. I'm also happy to use coworking spaces occasionally when useful, but I am not looking for a house share where I am expected to work away from home every day.

I'd rather be upfront about this from the outset so that I don't waste anyone's time, and equally don't waste my own.

I'm open to joining an existing household or connecting with people who are looking to create a good house share together.
