Nice Clean Room Required

I require an immaculate, clean Double Room in an immaculate clean shared property in a nice area of Aberdeen, no council estates please.

I am allergic to dust, dirt and bad smells, so the property and the flatmates must be very clean and not smell at all.

I understand you get what you pay for, that is why my Budget is £700 pcm
I have seen the cheaper properties and I cannot understand how anyone can live in those places, but if that what thier budgets are I suppose they have no option.

They are not what I'm after. I am willing to pay for the best, so I require the best.

I also require all bills to be included, including the council tax.
