🦙 Looking for bedroom in share house or studio 🏡

Hello hello 👋🏻
I'm currently looking for a new place to call "home" ✨

A little bit about me:
- I work full time as a designer
- I volunteer with a big animal charity as in my previous job I was a veterinary nurse
- I loooove food, big foodie here, struggle to say no to a take away but also really love baking at home (currently perfectioning my lemon tart)
- love traveling, so always up for a spontaneous weekend trip :)
- trying to get back in running, so new running buds are welcome :)
- love comedy clubs too eh eh

I promise I'm actually quite fun as well, very clean and tidy, and I like to spend my time reading so not much of a nuisance in the house to be honest! 🫶🏻

What I am looking for:
- no more than 1hr trvael from Hammersmith
- no more than 3 rooms in the house
- friendly people 🥹 i love my personal space, but I do also love to share some dinners together or go for a movie every once in a while
- ideally no smoking, but don't really mind as long as it's not indoor, as I don't smoke
- a garden/outdoor space please.. need to be able to enjoy the sun in the summer 🌞
- shared living room (for same reasons as above.. :) )
- clean flatmates: ideally shared chores, or at least a bare minimum agreement to keep the house cleaned
