Looking for a self contained studio or side house

Hello, I am a professional female, graduated from Cambridge university. I am looking for a self contained or side house with own fŕont door, kitchenette, bathroom. I work from home, also look to start my own business so I need a quiet haven, to be left alone for the confidentiality of my coaching client online calls. I am work driven, so I can't have any over zealous controling landlords to disturb me in my own contained area. I'm looking for a property in Hainault or Chigwell or any surrounding areas.
