I have been involved in many different international business projects in Estonia and in the United Kingdom. My friends said that I have leader personality and I can motivate people around me.

I have also been a Mentor at Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs Programme as Host Entrepreneur for one young Estonian Entrepreneur. I have also been Project Host at De Montfort University, Leicester Business School in The Executive Company Project for one Masters Student. Currently Mentoring at Help to Grow Management Programme. I was also 2023 Project Host at DMU Executive Company Project for two MBA students.
