2 bed flat share buddy up long term

Ideally looking to for 1 double bedroom in a 2 bedroom property

OR buddy up to find a 2 bed property with another female furnished/unfurnished

Budget of £1200 including bills

I do keep to myself I’m quite busy I work from home 5 days a week

I meal prep 2-3x a week

I am incredibly clean, but not a clean freak or worried about mess - just ready for the next person to use, especially a shared bathroom

I gym often or go out with friends

Stratford/canning town/plaistow/East Ham/upton park/ilford
East mainly
Near transport links of course

I love pets and have no issue with them plus I can take care of them as I wfh
I have no pets of my own :(

I am sociable but not loud and don’t bring a party home no smoking and no drinking

Would be ideal to move early May
