Studio/ En suite / Annex / Loft

Hello,

I'm looking for a Studio or Annex with its own bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette with a good public transport connection.
I can also happily consider an ensuite room in a flat share with another person only or a huge double room with solo use of bathroom and maybe a kitchenette with it, but shared kitchen is also welcomed :)

I prefer top floor or loft, but that's nothing major at all.

I am a quiet, tidy person looking for a quiet place too with my own privacy.

I love animals so pets are welcome! ( I don't have any ).

I am a British Citizen and am moving back to London or the surroundings after a few months staying abroad and taking care and spending time with my Mom who had been going through medical care.
I am actively looking for a job, but it's easier when I'm there, so please bear this in mind that for referencing I can provide you with my former landlord's recommendation, but I cannot provide 3 monts payslips as I was taking care of my Mother full time.
I had been and worked in London for 12+ years, so I have a stable history in the UK.

I am available to move from about mid or 2nd of September and have a budget of maximum £800 - 1000 pcm.
