Professional looking for a room

I'm house trained/very tidy. I smoke (boo) but wouldn't expect to smoke in the residence. Love cats, bit scared of dogs, until recently i owned chickens! I'm sociable but don't mind my own space. Would like a double room preferably furnished, en suite but not a deal breaker. Not really looking for a party house, grown out of that now but I do enjoy a beer at the weekends:) I work in the medical sciences/devices industry so secure professional reliable job and income. I'm rarely at properties for the weekend as will be with partner/family. Budget limited. Approx 600 month bills included. Leaving current property as massive hike in rent and little support from housemates/landlord maintaining property. I'm house proud, and not peoples maid so enough is enough. Parking is an essential requirement please, guaranteed parking space ❤️
