Well presented home near Brockley

Hi, I'm Sarah. I work in performing arts, dancing and acting and I also teach Pilates and Barre. I also try and fill my time with other work as I love being busy and being around people. If I'm not at work I'm training or playing sports - Badminton, hockey, tennis and I'm trying to improve my roller skating and learn to skate board.
After what will be 15 and a half years the time has come for change. My landlady is selling up due to the current climate. And now I search for a new home.
A home with a shared living and clean kitchen. Is high priority for there to be a living room space if I don't believe it's healthy for people to be cooped up and one room daily.
I managed the property for the landlady making sure any issues reported straight away . The relationship with the landlady built trust to treat the flat as our own.


I've lived in Brockley for 17 years in total and would love to stay nearby.
Photos show my current flat, I'm hoping to find something similar where comfort and cleanliness is a priority, shoes are not worn around the house and there's an open door for friends and family to visit.

I have some furniture I'd ideally like to keep as they are good quality items I've invested in. (Mid century sideboard, TV stand and coffee table. Also ideally my bed and chest of drawers) .
I have a car, a couple of bikes, a paddle board and inflatable kayak.

I'm also happy to buddy up.
I've seen some good 3 bed homes.
I'd like live with people who are well trained domestically and enjoy keeping the house clean and fresh and don't need to be told to talk the bins out and knows if they spill something, to clean it up straight away.

Looking Fun, sociable housemate who don't hide away in their room and like to cook occasionally together, share a drink. I love potter about, so if there is a garden, that would be delightful.
I have been very lucky to be in a place that has fair rent (£550) My budget is £800 .
