Double room wanted for mature female

room for rent a wanted for full time working female. No smoking, children or pets. Looking for room to let in family home with the owner. Needs to be a quite location. Ideally have off street parking and garden. On suite or own private bathroom would be perfect. Ideally up to 20 minutes drive to Durham or Darlington. Plus on a bus route into Durham city centre as i work there about 3 days a week on 12 hour shifts so would need to be on the bus theres days. Looking for long term rental.

I work long hours day and night shifts. Plus often away with work for days at a time plus I like to travel so may be away on holidays throughout the year. I'm looking for a relaxing home and room which I can relax on my days off. I'm a sociable mature female that is OK in own space and gets along with others.
