Alex, 30, looking for room in Stockwell/Oval

Hi, I’m Alex, and I’m looking for a room to rent from mid-April 2026 for 6-12 months, with one other person or a live in landlord, in the Stockwell/Oval area. My budget is around £1100pm (happy to discuss!).

I’m a single 30 year old professional with a job based in London. Ideally I’d be able to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

I’m LGBTQ+ so I need a house/flatmate/landlord who is comfortable with that.

I’m respectful, considerate and I like to keep things tidy. I like to socialise and have my down time, so if you want to have a glass of wine with a film, head to a bar for a few, or simply have a bit of alone time, I’m happy with all of those.
