Looking for Double room/Buddy up

I am looking for a decent double room, preferably near or around the center.

I am fairly laid back and getting along with people easily. Love cooking and enjoy cooking for others and spending time with friends and housemates, so a lively ( not in a party kinda way) but still tidy and respectful place would be ideal.

LGBTQ friendly and non discriminatory housemates is a must.

I do spend a lot of time sketching, reading comics, playing the guitar and playing video games. Enjoy music of many kinds and love talking about all of the above.

Returning back to Brighton in a management role in hospitality and possibly considering studing (Forensic Psychology) on the side so ideally I'd love a household that is a bit relaxed in terms of coming back home late, though I am always respectful and make sure I do not make any noise late at night.

Long story short, would love to find a place to call home with interesting people that are happy to chill out and watch a movie, cook a meal or go to the pub together but also respect each others privacy when needed.

I am looking for long term accomodation and ideally a place that can feel homely and not an other stop for a year or two kinda thing, though that is not an issue in general either.

I am also very clean and tidy and would expect the same from anyone else at this point.
