Looking to rent in London

I'm looking for a 1-bed flat to live on my own (working from home). Please message if below details match your requirements. I can view on weekends or after 6pm during the week.

- Seeking up to 3-4 month contract, then rolling month to month OR 3 month notice for longer contract (if I need to move for work reasons). Property must be available for at least 14 months.
- I require parking (at least on street)
- Property should not be on a main busy road due to noise.
- Desired move in date : 1-31 October
- People that will stay : One (myself), Age: 44, Non-smoker, No pets, Meat eater
- Residency : British citizen
- Great credit history. Can provide credit report once not requiring hard check.
- Willing to undergo background check
- Work status : Full time permanent employee, Ernst & Young London Bridge, IT Consultant, I mostly work from home
- Salary : > 3 times my budget. I can provide payslip.
- Reason seeking a place : Owner of current residency wants to refurbish which will take a few months.
- References : Available on request including from current landlord.
- Never evicted from a property
- Happy to provide security deposit
