I am desperately seeking a room to move into, ASAP, in the Maidstone/Swale/Medway area
Are you willing to accept DSS rent payments? I am currently signed off as unfit to work, due to a health issue, and am receiving Employment Support Allowance. I am also receiving further payments from Universal Credit & PIP. I will have a total monthly income of just over £1400, with no chance of 'getting the sack' and leaving the property owing money. I can also raise ta Deposit.
I am a 42 year old male and am in need of housing, due to the breakdown of my 18 year marriage and needing to leave the marital home. I am a friendly, quiet guy and will generally keep myself to myself. I wont cause you, nor the other housemates any trouble and I will keep property clean and tidy.
If you think you can help with regards a room, or any other suitable properties, I would love to hear from you.
