Room or whole property wanted to rent

I am relaxed, quiet but sociable, and a clean/tidy housemate or tenant. I like being outdoors (running, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding), drinking coffee and sometimes going to the pub, so at the weekends I like to get out and make the most of any nice weather. Although I also love lazy cosy evenings, or rainy days watching films.

I have a full-time job working in conservation and I would ideally need to be able to work from home a couple times a week.

I am looking for either a room in a quiet shared house, or a whole property which I could rent by myself or buddy-up.
