Friendly outdoorsy professional

I work in the department for education and I am moving to Bristol on the 2nd November (after a holiday in Spain).
I will be looking to get stuck into the outdoors scene/social scene (I’m talking cycling, yoga and book clubs as I’m not really a night owl) and have spent some time in Bristol with a good friend who lives in Bedminster.
Unfortunately getting down for viewings will be tricky (but not impossible) as I am currently in Sheffield, so WhatsApp video viewings ideal.
I have been a lodger for ten years and a landlord (with one or two lodgers) for 3 up in Sheffield and consider myself to be a considerate and friendly person to live with.
I will also be working from the office 3 days a week minimum, but I am happy to increase that if it’s a dealbreaker.
