Quiet, friendly, 33 yo professional

I am moving to London to work for the Department for Education and looking for a spare room for around 6 months whilst I find my feet.
I am hardworking, I work from home 2-3 days per week and I like to go for walks, meet friends, go to the gym and read endless books in the evenings. I am not a huge cook, so I wont spend hours in the kitchen!
I would love to bring my road bike to London if you have a space for it somewhere that you consider to be relatively secure?
I’d like a relaxed environment. I prefer to have people around rather than to live alone, but I respect peoples downtime and boundaries.
I consider myself to be a very clean, tidy and considerate person to live with.
