33 year old male looking for a room / flat

I am a 33 year old male that currently works 37.5 hours a week in finance at a company located in Cardiff Gate, this is fully office based

I am looking for a place ideally around the Pentwyn / Pontprennau area of Cardiff but will also consider locations nearer to city centre and will also consider parts of Newport. I am ideally looking to share with a maximum of two other people.

I am an easy going, laid back person and would like a housemate / housemates who are the same. I enjoy piece and quiet so I would not be interested in noisy housemates (playing loud music etc) especially at night.

When I am at home the vast majority of my time will be spent in my room and wouldn't use a shared living room. I would like to live with people who will respect privacy, are not noisy and are overall respectful / mature.

Outside of work my main hobby is attending a local kickboxing club three times a week ( Tuesday / Thursday Evening and Saturday morning). On top of that I enjoy attending classes at Newport MMA .

So in a nutshell, you probably won't see much of me if we live together but when we do see each other I am easy going and don't mind having a chat.

**Please note im not wanting to be tied into a minimum contract of 6 months etc, I would pay on a monthly or weekly basis with a standard notice period**
