Hi my name is Emily.

I am looking for a quiet and beautiful place to live. I have 2 cats, both are nearly 10 yrs old, they are very well trained, and I am a very conscious owner. I take things seriously when it comes to them, and their needs/welfare and likewise I have a good ethic towards cleaning on a daily/weekly basis. The cats are very well trained, and they behave well, but if they were ever to cause any mischief or damage I would be the first to fix/pay for anything and would always resolve any matter amicably as possible.

I have to say this as it's important to get across that I do not take advantage. I am respectful and take responsibility for myself and them.

I have looked after properties before, long term for landlords, and i have always treated homes with love and care, and the cats have always been a part of these times, the last 10 years.

I am also a maker and a fixer so nothing is too much of a worry with me around. I work full time, but I also run a well being business of my own.

I am looking for somewhere for me and the cats, that's somewhere quiet away from main roads, with a garden, in a nice neighbourhood, in West Sussex.

I am either looking for:

- An annexe style setting,
- A 1 bed with garden in quiet area, away from main roads
- OR sharing a 2 bed with the right person of a similar maturity, who is easy going and liberal in their outlook, but knows how to relax and be responsible and respectful. Someone friendly, and fun to interact with - you will also get this from me, as well as plenty of convo / friendship should you need it

And if anyone is out there looking for a buddy up, please feel free to get in touch if you're ok with cats.
