Friendly digital nomad looking for short let

Hi guys! I'm a chilled-out, easy-going Social Media Manager, working internationally. I have lived in London for solid 16 years; then made a huge leap in late 2022 and started traveling! Now living here, there and everywhere as a digital nomad. Currently in London for a few weeks.

I am passionate about music, tech, arts, books, and personal development, movies, and trying to carve out a healthy lifestyle amongst everything that's going on around, too!

Looking to move in with easy-going, laid-back people, ideally with similar interests.

House location is not really important as I work mostly remotely/from home, with some, occasional on-site/location work with clients when I am in London.

I am looking for a place with the following:

👉 House rather than a flat
👉 Furnished
👉 Well-lit with natural light coming in - please, something with a lot of windows, the more, the better
👉 Professional, respectable, clean, easy-going housemates
👉 Fast broadband connection in the house (fiber -optic, HyperOptic etc would be ideal)
👉 Living room in the property
👉 All necessary facilities (microwave, cooker/oven, reasonable fridge & cupboard space, washing machine, would be ace if it had a dryer and dishwasher, too)
👉 Some outside space (garden, patio etc)
👉 Short-term availability/flexibility around rental - I most likely will be staying for a few months, then looking at going away again, and coming back a few months later. This means no full, strict, one-year contracts, please, as I would prefer to avoid being liable for the rent when I'll go - unless you/your landperson would be OK with me finding a replacement for the time I am away, or subletting when I am away, perhaps.
