Klara and Joseph looking for a sublet

Myself (Klara - 29F) and my partner (Joseph- 33M) are making the move from London to Manchester early next year and need somewhere to live whilst we settle and find a place of our own

Joseph lived in Manchester for 5 years, 9 years ago and we’re now wanting somewhere affordable and secure to settle down - I’m from Iceland and been living in London for the past 9 years. We have a house cat, Angelo, who is very friendly and proudly house trained. We have both been renting for over a decade and know the importance of taking pride in looking after the home and have always been financially stable to make this happen.

We've both worked in managerial positions in hospitality and have connections that will help us secure jobs quickly once we're up.
We will be able to pay the first month rent and deposit anytime.
