Looking for friendly/social home

Hi!

I'm Sam, I'm 24 and have lived in Manchester for 2 years, and I'm a native to the north-west. I'm currently back at university doing a law conversion, but really keen to live with professionals or people who are a bit older than 21. I like to attempt to cook, read, go to the gym, going to gigs and listening to vinyl. I get out into the Peak district and like socialising with friends at weekends. I used to work in publishing so into cultural stuff too. I'm definitely a fan of a chatter over a brew (I make a SUPERB cup of tea).

I'm looking to move into a friendly and social place. Looking to make friends with my housemates as well as find a new home - I'm not into living in a houseshare where no one talks to each other and eats in their rooms. I'm pretty quiet through the week as I'm normally super busy (especially when near a deadline), but like cooking, having a glass of wine or watching a film in the evening. Would like to live somewhere clean and tidy.

Ideally looking for somewhere in south Manchester :)
