Looking to rent a double room in a flat/house share with ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON living at the property where the property is located within walking distance to a train station. Initially looking to rent short term (2 months) and then negotiate a longer tenancy if both parties are happy with each other.
I consider myself to be a clean, tidy and easygoing person who is respectful of any property that i am renting and would like to share a flat with someone of a similar disposition . Also enjoy my own space and privacy but happy to chat and get to know my flatmate over a meal and/or drink. Not sure if this info is important but feel it may be to some landlords who have a preference when choosing a flatmate/ lodger .My parents are originally from South east Asia ( father from Hong Kong. I was born in Brighton but raised from a young age in Cardiff and relocated to Glasgow in 2019.
