Looking to rent a double room in a flat or house share with ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON living at the property, and within walking distance to a train station. Initially looking to rent short-term with a view to renting longer if both parties are happy with one another. Also looking to buddy up in a flat share with someone suitable.
I consider myself a very clean, tidy, and easygoing person who respects any property I rent and would like to share a flat with someone of a similar disposition. I also enjoy my own space and privacy, but I'm happy to chat and get to know my flatmate over a meal and/or a drink. I'm not sure if this information is essential, but I feel it may be for some landlords who have a preference when choosing a flatmate/lodger. My parents are originally from Southeast Asia (my father is from Hong Kong). I was born in Brighton but raised from a young age in Cardiff and relocated to Glasgow in 2019.
