Looking for priv room in a shared place from Aug

Hi all,

I am looking for a furnished room in a shared house or shared apartment. Moving in end of July or Aug would be great!

Shared living room would be lovely and outdoor place like balcony or garden would be great!

I am an IT consulting manager working for a company located around Monument station / Bank station, non-smoker and easy-going, friendly and tidy, and go to office for work, stable job, stable life, no party animal.

Would be great to live in a place that feels like at home.
