Room wanted in quiet friendly house

Hi! I'm looking for a room in a clean, quiet, and friendly house. I finished my masters at UU in the summer and after a little break from the city I'm moving back to Belfast for a job starting in February. Things I enjoy doing outside of work include exploring all the amazing cafés, pubs and food places Belfast has to offer, socialising, cycling, nature/outdoors, book clubs, music/art/theatre - anything creative.

Room/house preferences:
I am looking for a furnished double room, in a house with all the standard amenities. En suite would also be a bonus but not a dealbreaker.
I'm looking for a houseshare that's peaceful and friendly - no party house or excess drink/drugs/dramas. Keen to live with people who are clean and tidy and respectful of others in the house. I value living with people I can spend time with as well as doing our own things.

Parking and bike storage would also be a bonus :)
