MATURE professional seeks room in Dunstable/Luton

Hi,
I'm hoping for a large double room ENSUITE or annexe to rent in Dunstable or Luton. I'm easy going and happy to socialise or keep to myself. Fibre Broadband would be ideal. I'm a non-smoker and I'm clean, tidy and presentable and would prefer the same in return. 58 years old. An annexe would be perfect as would an en-suite bathroom. The work I've been given is on a shift (24/7) and is at the Borough Council in Luton (Upper George Street). Hours are approximately 07:30 - 19:30 - 07:00. I'm used to being extremely 'quiet'!
I am currently based in Cornwall, so I will need somewhere to park a small car (preferably off-road). I've just passed a security vetting from the police. Obviously, I can't pop round to have a look until I come u. p.
