My name is Ben, and I'm looking for a room or bedsit in a quiet house, and quiet area to rent.
My budget is around ?450pm, and I would like this to be inclusive of all bills. I would, for the sake of peace, like a room in a property, sharing with as few other tenants as possible. Own entrance to property would be an advantage, as would access to a balcony or garden as I smoke but do not do so indoors. Additionally, I'm currently in receipt of universal credit whilst seeking full time employment.
I'm quiet, polite, bright and easy going.
The only location I can currently consider is the Leckhampton/Bath Rd area of Cheltenham.
