British summer university teacher

I am a teacher/researcher resident in Italy looking for self-contained, short-term, summer accommodation preferably in areas near UEA where I will be teaching on a summer course for international students. An annexe or one to two bed flat (priced accordingly), with space for a bicycle would be ideal. I am a tidy and reliable person who appreciates quiet, clean and uncluttered environments. The course I teach on is intensive so I will be present most weekends either studying/writing/working but may spend a couple of weekends visiting friends and relatives.
