Room needed for professional

I am look for a long-term room to move into as my current landlord has sold and the property is being changed to student accommodation.

I work from home during the week and spend most evenings at the gym. Weekends are fairly quiet for me, I may go out with friends, but almost always home before midnight and so I'm definitely not looking for a loud, party house.

Would love to get to know and spend time with housemates, however I am also very appreciative of time on my own and can spend lots of nights relaxing on my own in my room.
