I'm looking for a flat/room in Walthamstow* (or within a mile or so)
My budget is around £1200pcm inc. bills
About me:
I currently work in admin at Imperial college during the week but my primary interests are acting and music (making and listening).
I'm generally a quiet housemate; I'm usually in my room practicing guitar or bass, reading, playing computer games or reading.
That said, I'm always up for a pint or two at the local pub.
About the cat:
Found her abandoned outside my flat a couple of years ago.
Pros: Neutered, chipped, vaccinated and given regular flea prevention treatment
Cons: Rubbish at housework.
Will probably spend most of her time in my room as a result or be in the garden (hopefully), failing to catch the resident wildlife, or if you sit still for longer than a second, be on your lap.
