Studio/D. Room Bills Inc. Unfurnished, buddy up

Hiya!

I'm a professional, 56 yo, but my spirit got stuck in the 30s with a permanent job and earnings of around 40k; truly a decent quiet person, obviously, able to provide references, personal/professional if required.

My work is based in South Bristol so I'm looking to move close by.

I'm looking for a detached converted bungalow, studio, or similar for privacy and ideally with independent access from a main building, not necessarily as described, particular circumstances do make a difference. Parking is a must
Mostly unfurnished, still subject to evaluation, and I have my own double mattress and some small pieces of furniture.
Respect, cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene are a must for me, and I am still laid back.
As expected, being Portuguese, good wine, good food and good times with friends are important but not often because mostly I actually keep myself pretty much busy with my work but some outdoor space for a BBQ would be considered exceptional😉
